Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.
