How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets have always been a favourite food to eat for breakfast. But how do you make them perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

You can also separate the egg before you add it to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

If you add the egg directly onto the stovetop, you might end up burning the bottom part of the egg, which would ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. Mix eggs well together. To do this, take the bowl from the mixer and flip it upside-down. Then, vigorously shake the bowl. The egg will be thoroughly mixed in the bowl as the air is whipped.

Now comes the fun part - pouring the milk into the mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. You don't need to worry if streaks remain. They will disappear once you flip your omelet.

After you have folded the eggs, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil has started to sizzle, turn the heat down to low. Once the oil has gotten hot, add 1/4 cup of butter and swirl it around so that the entire pan is coated. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. An additional pinch of salt will prevent the omelet form sticking to your pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the other side for another minute or two. Remove the omelet from the pan and serve immediately.

This recipe works best when you use whole milk.
