Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So I wanted to share some tips and tricks so that you can make delicious, fluffy omelets every morn.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The bottom part of an egg that is added directly to the stovetop might be burned, which could cause a ruined texture in your omelet. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.
