How to make a perfect Omelette

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How do you make them perfect? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

When making omelets, it is important to be aware that eggs can be temperamental. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This can make your omelets look bizarrely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, heat the egg for 10 seconds in the microwave before placing it in the pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.

Next, let's discuss mixing the eggs. Mix eggs well together. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. The egg will be thoroughly mixed in the bowl as the air is whipped.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Pour half the milk into the beaten egg mixture and then fold in the eggs. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

Cover the pan once the omelet is formed and allow it to cool completely. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the second side for a minute or so. Serve immediately after removing the omelet from its pan.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
